Our completed projects
61 flats and approx. 1,800 m² of retail space have been built at Schellerdamm 1 – 7. The flats are designed to be sustainable and are particularly suitable for shared flats and families.
Das Fleethaus, an old listed granary, was developed into an office building with integrated car parking spaces. The building combines the romance of the harbour with state-of-the-art requirements. The property has received several awards.
A successful conversion from a granary to an office building with a total area of approx. 14,000 m² of office and catering space. The architecture of the building has won several awards and was presented in the catalogue of the Venice Architecture Biennale 2006.
Schellerdamm 18 is an office building with an efficient structure, an impressive staircase and a view of the canals of Harburg harbour.
The Karl Schneider Passagen are located in the centre of Hamburg Eimsbüttel. The arcades offer commercial space, shops, flats and car parking spaces.
There are several commercial buildings on the Meiendorfer Str. 205 site in the east of Hamburg. Flats are also planned. The project was sold in 2021.
In the Klopstockhöfe, 23 flats and 44 car parking spaces have been built on the former site of a printing works.
Our current projects
The ensemble of three building plots with 2 apartment blocks and 13 architect-designed houses was completed in Hamburg-Volksdorf in 2022.
